I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter.  The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance.  Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

Woke up early and ran before sunup. It was nice to have it done before work.  We'll see if I'm disciplined enough to keep waking up early.

Ran with Aaron to see if I could keep up.  I did. 

In lieu of gu, I took a bag of gummies.  I wouldn't recommend it.  They're too hard to chew when you're breathing heavy.  At least they were too hard from me to chew.
