I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter. The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance. Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.
Personal:
I have two gorgeous daughters; two good-looking cats and two dogs with great personalities.
Put a lot of effort into this one, but my results from last week on the same course were better.

I work at Al Faw in the JOC. I'm expecting my schedule to shift a bit by the end of the month, to where I can actually run in the mornings so I will hopefully take you up on that offer.

If mornings aren't an option, there's a group of us that do Crossfit out at Slayer. We leave around 1730 and are back between 1900-1930. I work in building 36. If you look out the front of the palace between 2 and 3 o'clock, then it's the building on the water flying the red castle flag.

I appreciate the offer Mike, thanks. I had this dumb idea to train for my first marathon while I am here so that's giving me about all I can handle right now - I think crossfit would fully cripple me the rest of the way. Anyway, keep in touch - I'm definitely up for some runs when my schedule changes at the end of the month.
