I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter.  The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance.  Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

Should read 5 easy miles and 1 mile of why-does-this-hurt so-much.  I started out feeling real good.  At mile four, my legs started feeling tight.  My pace slowed by almost 2:00 on the last mile.  And not from lack of trying.  Luckily, it wasn't joint/foot pain.  Just muscles being disagreeable.  8:41 overall.

KBs - Started to hurt my forearms again, but I now know that it will eventually go away.

BJJ - After chipping a tooth, I got a mouthpiece.  After a while, it dried up, and having a dry wad of plastic in my mouth kept activating my gag reflex.

I also keep getting whupped, but at least I know I'll still be able to smile pretty.  I'm am making progress.  Instead of losing right away.  I lose in a semi-controlled manner.

I'm glad to hear you are back to working out those forearms. Oh, Popeye!

Make sure you protect that money-making pretty face of yours.

Rachel - did you set your blog to private?

From Burt on Sun, Jan 18, 2009 at 13:50:26

Or did you block me because I made a rude comment about your pug? :(

Burt,

It's not you and it is on private :)

Don't worry Burt, I could tell you were joking. I know you actually admire and even covet my beautiful canine.

I just moved to somewhere more appropriate. :)
