Swallowed a bug.  That's what I get for being a mouth-breather.

Tried some speedwork, but I didn't go very fast.  And I didn't feel like doing repeats.  If you just do one can you call it a repeat, because you're not repeating anything?

Anyway, 1 x 1600 @ 6:54

Nice repeat! it is a repeat of something, I am sure. Did you know that Flamingo Pink is my favorite color?

Ooooo and what kind of bug did you eat. I really hate eating bugs :p

6:54!!! YOU ARE THE BUG-EATING MAN!!!

(poor bug ... you were going so crazy fast that he had no chance ... poor thing probably hit the back of your throat with some major impact)

Seriuosly Mike ... that is some wicked speed. That VO2 pace will pay off in huge dividends. Plus, the little extra protein provided by the bug can't hurt!

WOW!!! Sub 7, huh? You're in the big league baby!! :)

Was the bug tasty?

Remember, they are full of proteins!

Good crud your fast! That's awesome. I noticed that you didn't add the bug to your calorie count... hmmm...

Marion, we have the same favorite color!

Teena, I ate the bug while walking. I just walk around with my mouth open like a slack-jawed lobotomy patient.

Eric,

It bypassed my tounge, but the texture was dry.

Camille,

With all the funky things fitday has in there database, bug may be listed. I know acorn derivatives are.

LOL. I'm sure it is. Isn't bug on the menu is several countries? I know I got emails about that when the olympics were in progress.
