I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter. The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance. Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.
Personal:
I have two gorgeous daughters; two good-looking cats and two dogs with great personalities.
Tempo @ 7:07. Negative split due to the wind blowing me back and chasing Aaron. Don't know how I would have made it otherwise.
Baby Blues Miles: 5.97

You are getting speedy... or maybe you always were speedy. Either way nice speedy run!

Thanks Lori. My distance running is improving, but alas my sprints are fading.

I have heard a distance runner say that she can't do a speedy 5K because it takes her a little while to get up to her marathon pace (and she is a total kick butt runner). Maybe it's just that compromise most runners make.
