I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter. The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance. Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

Worked out with one of my office mates. She's a local national who loves Oprah and Desperate Housewives; and dreams of obtaining a six-pack and moving to America. I introduced her to some new exercises.

She's teaching me Arabic and I'm trying to undo all the damage I've caused to her English. I really need to watch my mouth....

Ahhh those great American exports: Oprah and Desperate Housewives... It's like when I say I'm from Argentina and people start singing a song from the Evita musical... we have much better exports than that!

Get her on the blog- it would be a great environment for her to practice her English. She will learn fewer curse words and some important terms like "negative split."

I did. I asked Avery for a picture too and he replied. That's a dog that will be able to get away with anything.

I was kicked out of my office earlier today. They're drilling and cutting. They're also doing it without safety equipment. The guy in charge keeps telling the contractors to wear goggles and ear plugs, but they just take them off when he leaves to tell the others to put them on. Silliness!
