I'm still only up to a max of 6 pull ups -- I started at 2 in January, but have plateaued.

Slow is good. Did you wear the vest for that, too??? I read about a race in Runners World where they guys were in there camo and boots and carried 30 pound backpacks. I believe it was a marathon. CRAZY hard.

Love it, "long run slower than I should have, but not faster than I wanted to" ... totally another t-shirt!!

So, your pushups ... do you only give yourself one minute? Interesting.

Where are you Mike??

Oh Rachel ... it is SO GREAT to hear from you. How are you? How are the girls?

I have not been able to be on the blog as much as usual ... things are so hectic. And really, right now I should be sleeping ... but, here I am.

We're doing well :)

I'm never on here, but I got a message that Mike's blog was updated so I got excited and ran to see if he was on line. Haven't heard from him since Valentine's day :(

I understand you about being busy! School and the kids keep my hands full.

How are you? Did your twins have their birthdays yet this month?

From montelepsy on Fri, Feb 20, 2009 at 07:01:53

Paul, You tripled your pullup capability, you need to plateau before you become more of a freak. I wish I could do that in a month.

Kelli, No vest. I haven't heard about that race, but you can count me out of it. I don't like walking in boots much less running in them.

Teena,

2 minutes for pushups. Usually I tire out before the time limit anyway. I wonder how people can go all day doing pushups.

Hon,

I'm glad to see I still excite you :)
