I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter.  The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance.  Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

Tempo at an 8:00/mile pace.  Tried for a 7:39 like the instructions say, but once again I think the instructions are wrong.  I'll blame it on the 3 servings of Goetta I had for dinner.

Eric, Here's a link some training plans. I'm trying out the 10k plan. I like it so far. I find it hard to hit the paces though.
