Finished my Cals last night after work.  Finished a 15 week program that I've been trying to do off and on for the past 7 years.  Not playing with my xbox has made me very productive.  Now I've got to get creative and find something else to do.

Hit snooze and missed spin.  When I finally did get up I went for a run. :)

I went a little faster than prudent.  I saw a unit running in formation a quarter mile off and decided to pass them.  When I passed them I decided to pass them by a lot.  When I turned around to go back they did too.  Then I decided to pass them again.  When I passed them again, I decided to pass them by a lot.  Overall, they weren't running very fast, and I know they weren't racing me.  But it still felt good.

Competition is always good, it gets you moving. I love chasing a rabbit runner!

Quit hitting the snooze button already, I like to hear the stories about the chipmunk lady and the padded bike shorts. Actually, never mind, hit the snooze button all you want. Everyone around here needs to start sleeping in a little.

Mike --

Oh that is awesome!! I could totally visualize it!!! Do you ever feel a little bit bad when you pass people? Sometimes I do ... but I get over it quickly.

My favorite though is when you pass someone and then they say something like, "Oh no you don't." And then you have a death to the finish type race going on. Those are the best ... especially when you win, but I enjoy them even when I come up short.

Nicely done Mike ... love it!!

Hope you are having a great weekend.

Kelli,

The snooze button and I have a history, I've ignored her for too long. She beckons oh so sweetly...

Teena,

I never feel bad. I used to swim at this pool and I would do my best not to let this woman pass me. She really pushed me. By the end of my swim workouts, I was beat. I knew she was competitive, but I had the advantage over her. At least while she was still in her third trimester.

I will never forget trying so hard to stay ahead of a pregnant woman.

That is AWESOME!!!!

I need to know though ... is that a true story or are you just being Mike???

Either way ... love it!!
