I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter.  The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance.  Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

Pedaled like a maniac this morning.

Already knew Maddy was a stud.

Found out biscuits and gravy is a whole mess of calories.  Much messier than I previously thought.

Abs tonight.

Ankle's still tender.

Weekly assessment: Sit-ups went down 5; pull-ups up 3; push-ups up 5

Flaked on Abs class.  Went to a friend's b-day dinner instead.  I found out about it after I ate dinner.  I treated myself to carrot cake at dinner because I ate healthy all day.

At second dinner I ate a calzone and had a lemonade.  I learned my lesson. 

Next time I eat healthy for a day, I'm going to treat myself to cake, calzone and lemonade.  It was a great combination.

They are hit and miss. Sometimes the biscuits are too dry for the gravy to rescue. Sometimes they're good.

I've been walking on it for 3 weeks now. I feel the tenderness when I go through the range of motion exercises the doctor gave me. It doesn't bother me if I don't bother it. I'm going to try some easy running next Fri.

yumm, it sounds like a good combination. And I agree with Kelli, the carrot cake does have the "carrot" in the name, so it must be good for you. LOL As you can tell, I'm a fan of good food.

I'm sorry your ankle is still sore. Hopefully soon? Maybe. Don't push it though. I think Rachel will be sad if you can't run through a field holding hands together (or something like that) when you get back in December.
