Split my run in two.  To and from yoga.  I can't throw my leg around my neck yet, but that day will come...

Talk to Marion ... she'll have you doing yoga headstands in no time!! :) What race are you running in your picture?

Nice miles and YOGA to boot! Way to go! I'm glad you have recoverd from your wild card game.

The picture is from my first and only race, Air Force Marathon 2007. I don't have any others to compare it against, but other people remarked on how well organized it was, the long stretches without a crowd (a small portion of it runs through a nearby town where people come out and cheer) and the creative aid stations (there was a pirate-themed one among others that have faded from memory). There's a big hill at towards the end, but the last few miles are downhill or flat.

I wasn't planning to run a marathon, but I'm talked into things easily...

It's a great picture.

Man ... don't know many people who can just be "talked into running a marathon." So ... when's your next marathon? :)

I have a pact to run the AF Marathon every year I'm able. This year was a no, at least I thought it was. Turns out the Air Force set one up here to mirror the race in Dayton, Ohio, but I found out 3 days after they ran it. Oh well.

Next time would be Sep 09.

Your first race was a marathon? Good crud! That's amazing.

It's good to know your a push over... (insert evil smile). Totally joking! Good job with the yoga. When you *can* throw your leg over your neck you'll have to update your picture for us. :o)

I'm afraid that picture will not meet the family-safe requirement.

LOL good point!
