I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter. The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance. Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.
Personal:
I have two gorgeous daughters; two good-looking cats and two dogs with great personalities.
The picture is from my first and only race, Air Force Marathon 2007. I don't have any others to compare it against, but other people remarked on how well organized it was, the long stretches without a crowd (a small portion of it runs through a nearby town where people come out and cheer) and the creative aid stations (there was a pirate-themed one among others that have faded from memory). There's a big hill at towards the end, but the last few miles are downhill or flat.
I wasn't planning to run a marathon, but I'm talked into things easily...
I have a pact to run the AF Marathon every year I'm able. This year was a no, at least I thought it was. Turns out the Air Force set one up here to mirror the race in Dayton, Ohio, but I found out 3 days after they ran it. Oh well.
Your first race was a marathon? Good crud! That's amazing.
It's good to know your a push over... (insert evil smile). Totally joking! Good job with the yoga. When you *can* throw your leg over your neck you'll have to update your picture for us. :o)
