I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter.  The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance.  Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

If you want to go skipping through the park, hand in hand, cowboy sneezing with me this Christmas vacation, you need to let that ankle get better. You are aggravating that giant pin in your toe-bone with all this spinning, I bet. Do some nice pilates and core workouts, nothing with your feet!

How do you propose I burn calories, Miss?

I don't have the ab stamina nor yoga skills to burn thousands of calories doing crunches and chanting. Since the mail here's free, there aren't any stamps to lick either.
