I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter.  The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance.  Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

The yoga instructor was a no show, but I attempted to do things while I waited.  Fell off one of those exercise balls, luckily the floor is covered with mats.

Weekly assessment:

Pullups up 2 from last week; quit with 8 sec left.  Different bar.  Too skinny.

Situps down 6. Ran out of time

Pushups down 35. My tris cramped up...stupid tris with 20 or 30 secs still left.  I was really expecting these to go up.

Foot felt good enough to do some KBs

3 x ladders 10,10,8

Wish I could have been there to laugh at you falling off of the ball! Those things are tricky, but you can get a great ab workout on them! Oh, and the can work your butt, too, should your butt need any improving upon!

Yeah, these upper body workouts are kicking my trash. I think I tweaked something in my back. It's feeling a bit better tomorrow. Hope the pain is gone by the morning so that I can tweak it again!! :)

Lunge, squat, lunge, squat! But, I think that will just make your butt harder, therefore aggravating it while spinning! So, eat lots of Oreos, pizza, pasta, donuts, marshmallows. Or, you could just pad your butt with marshmallows??

A one legged sqat. Stick one leg in front and lower yourself until you're leg's all the way bent with your supporting foot flat on the ground, then press back up. It'll work strength, balance and coordination.

Oh, good, cause I think I would fall on my butt and everyone would be laughing at me. They all laugh at me anyway, so it would not be new, but why give them more ammunition???

Those Exercize balls are hard to balance on sometimes. :o)

You used to stand on the ball to do squats with weights. How did you fall off?

I'm not able to do very many until I lose my balance, but I was only able to do one a few months ago.

Hey Camille, I've been swamped at work, so I try to finish a goal before I blog. The other day I was determined to finish a project and I decided that I wouldn't do my timesheet until finished. I ended up turning my timesheet in late, but it really motivated me to finish.

I was goofing off, trying to bounce while sitting without my feet touching the ground. I've lost my sense of balance. Hurting my ankle in Sep really threw off my groove. Yoga's helping though. And I'll show you anything you want when I get home ;)
