I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter.  The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance.  Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

Short run to spin. Went to the evening class, since I hit snooze this morning.  Different instructor at night and a very different approach to training.  I was dying, so I liked it.  Abs afterwards.
The teacher was upset with us because no one told her that she had some hair sticking straight up like alfalfa last class.  How was I supposed to know?  Anyway she took it out on my poor obliques. :(

Accepted a ride back to work to be social.

Okay, I know where you are, so where is this place that you work out?

What's up with hitting the "snooze" button? Perhaps it's time to move your alarm clock to the other side of the room!!

Nice workout.

Kelli,

There are a few gyms on base. The one I go to spin is about a mile away. Yoga is in the same place. Abs are across the street. I the small compound where I live we have a trailer with weights and a couple of cardio machines.

So there's no excuse not to get exercise. I don't have the courage to try the dance classes they offer...

Teena,

My room's too small for that technique to work. And my love of sleep is so true and deep. :)

So, who teaches the classes, all military people??

From montelepsy on Fri, Oct 31, 2008 at 22:57:33

Not always. The ones I go to are. The woman who teachs abs is a personal trainer back home, but works in the med clinic here. I don't know the background of the spin intructor. He does wear cycling shoes. I haven't checked him for padded shorts.

I thought the cycling instructor was a GIRL!!! I see.

If she is, then she's one macho-looking lady.
