I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter. The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance. Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.
Personal:
I have two gorgeous daughters; two good-looking cats and two dogs with great personalities.
If some of this blogging included replies on Sasha's "Hot Discussion" post, thanks.
I just recently set up an account with the goal of tracking my training and perhaps getting some feedback, then I read a few of those comments and felt as if I don't belong in this community. Upon reading more of the replies I found a few voices of reason and have decided to stick around. My hats off to you and your kung fu wife for taking the time to post what I consider reason and right.
Respectfully, Fly on the Wall

How is your neck?
Remember when I said it was pointless to get involved in that conversation? Now I see that it wasn't. I'm glad you spoke up :)
I think my soreness is from being ill. I thought I was sore from wrassling, but I'm sick all over. Something's going around. My neck's doing great considering.

Should you know that by your resting heart rate?? :)
Plus staying up until 2am talking to blondes and blogging probably is still taking it's toll on you. Pretend to be narcaleptic like that other guy you work with and get in a nap today!
Oh, Mike, I'm sorry you are sick! Had to jump on here to see how your neck was doing after reading yesterday's post (today, because I'm late, as usual!). Welcome to the blog Fly of the Wall. I'll be checking out your blog next. :o)
Thanks for the sympathy guys. I'm feeling better. My neck's doing well too :)
