I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter.  The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance.  Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

I have two gorgeous daughters; two good-looking cats and two dogs with great personalities.

Started a yoga class and ran in a dust storm

Running in a dust storm is not as bad as it sounds. It's more like a dust fog. It's very fine so the wind doesn't have to blow very hard for it to kick up and hang in the air.

The yoga was much more of a challenge...

Yeah, yoga and aerobics are harder for me than running 10 miles. Don't know why- it always makes my wife laugh at me.

We get dust storms here in Mesa, Arizona, and I can tell you there is no way I'd run through them. You are alot "tuffer" than I am. Yoga is hard. Keep up and it will get better. Good luck!
