I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter. The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance. Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.
Personal:
I have two gorgeous daughters; two good-looking cats and two dogs with great personalities.
Welcome to the blog. We are grateful to you and others sacrificing in Irag. I'm surprised you have access to a computer. I guess that shows how ignorant I am of what your conditions over there are. Good luck!
Running in a dust storm is not as bad as it sounds. It's more like a dust fog. It's very fine so the wind doesn't have to blow very hard for it to kick up and hang in the air.
We get dust storms here in Mesa, Arizona, and I can tell you there is no way I'd run through them. You are alot "tuffer" than I am. Yoga is hard. Keep up and it will get better. Good luck!
