My office building doesn't have running water nor plumbing. In order to use the restroom we have to go to a latrine trailer outside. On the way to the latrine is our gym trailer. I drink a lot of water, so I spend quite a bit of my day walking back and forth to the latrine.
I read about periodization. It's a system where you do a lot of an exercise spread throughout the day. So every time I have to pee, I stop at the gym trailer and do a set of something. You do about half of what you can max. I figure I won't do it everyday, but I'd like to do it at least 3x a week.
Today was day one. I picked pullups. We'll see how it works.
