Spin class. I'm getting the hang of the early morning routine, but I'm concerned I'm not getting enough sleep. My RHR is 20% higher than usual.
For the past month I've been testing myself on Cals once a week, after starting abs class my situp score went down. I was expecting them to get better. Maybe they're prettier? Next week if I don't see an improvement, I'll have a word with squirrel lady. |
